Spirit Martial Arts in Pudsey is located close to Pudsey town centre in Crawshaw Academy on Robin Lane. It was founded in 2018 and is run by Simon East and his dedicated team of instructors.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and friendly environment in which to train and learn with classes for children, adults and families. With classes in Taekwon-Do (ITF) for young children, beginners and advanced  students there is something for everyone.

All our instructors are DBS checked, MAI-UK Qualified and First Aid trained.
